Terms of Service

TiHiY StreamControl Center is provided for lawful management of streams and accounts authorized by the user. The user is responsible for their Google, YouTube, Twitch and OBS accounts, credentials, content and compliance with platform rules.

By using YouTube-related features, the user agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service. The software does not sell access to YouTube API Services and must not be used to bypass quotas, platform restrictions, moderation systems or account permissions.

The software is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Platform APIs may change or become temporarily unavailable. Users must keep their own backups of settings and media.

Access to connected services may be revoked by disconnecting the account in the application or through the security settings of the relevant platform.
